We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at contact@store-petly.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@store-petly.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
